Mother Mephisto
Mother Mephisto is rooted in the East and was raised in the West. Nowadays he lives and works in Austria. The idea of the perfect sound accompanies him since his youth. Yet, music is not the only medium he uses for development.
Inspiration is manifold for Mother Mephisto. Themes lie on faces too obviously and too pervasive is the power of nature.
And it is too much fun to poke in the wounds.
That is exactly what he is showing with his debut single Orbital Lines. On a basis of distorted bass and Lofi-Beats, Supakat, who lends the song her voice, is setting the correct courses and asking questions about the validity of seemingly prefabricated pathways and the acceptance of own dark sides. A song with a Viennese soul!
